I used the studio a few times for my current project and it felt so so weird being back in there and trying to remember how to use the lighting properly and how to even set up the layouts! But being back in there did really help me to start remembering how to use everything and how to get the lighting and shadows to be right. After I was a bit more comfortable with using the studio again, I took out a lighting kit and used the backroom at Jake’s shop. This made me realize how easy it is to make mini studios for if I was going to do commissions or portraits for people and that this would be a good option if and when I need to make some extra money or if I want to start building a freelance business.
